Michael passed away in the early morning hours of Nov. 1, 2008. He was living in Napa, California.He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Kathy, their son Josh and grandson Marcelo. He also left behind his parents, George and Betty Hutchison; and his sister, Carol. Donations were made to Hospice of Napa Valley in Michael's honor.
